Leah Santa Cruz blends neuroscience, psychology, and lived experience into an approach to meditation that feels both practical and deeply human. After years in high-pressure tech jobs that left her burned out and anxious, she turned to meditation as a way to heal and find balance. Her teachings are designed for modern people facing everyday stress, helping them shift anxiety, overwhelm, and fatigue into resilience, ease, and empowerment. 

As a mother, Leah’s perspective is rooted in compassion, patience, and a deep respect for life’s rhythms. These qualities shine through her guided practices with warmth, sensitivity, and a love of the natural world that make meditation feel accessible and down-to-earth. 

Now based in Bali, she leads meditation teacher trainings and travels with her family to share workshops and retreats in more than 16 countries.
